We intervene in a company’s architecture through targeted engagements that create value worth 8× the investment.

The intervention, in four filters. A maze lies on a drawing plate: the real structure of a company. The entrance, marked TODAY, is at the bottom left; the target is at the top right, and the path climbs. The frame of the maze is made of two L-shaped pieces, like the RealTime mark. An orange marker enters diagonally through the lower opening.

“We propose and implement interventions in the company’s structure.” “Four filters, applied in the same order.” The dimension line at the top counts the chapters: 01, 02, 03, 04 and the target.

01 · Evolved Business Architecture (00:13). The marker travels the company’s real path and leaves a grey trail behind it. Along the path, six reference callouts appear, one for each dimension read, and next to the maze a ruler of six cells fills in, one by one. The six dimensions are: decision speed, operating cash flow, operational efficiency, human capital, AI and digital adoption, scalability. “We read the real structure, in six dimensions.” Three walls turn orange: these are the levers. On the ruler, three cells receive the orange bar: operating cash flow, human capital, and AI and digital adoption. The links between levers and dimensions are schematic.

02 · Frontier Target (00:19). The maze fades. At the upper opening a small circle closes, marked TARGET, and from TODAY to TARGET the calculated path is traced as a dashed line, through the three orange walls. “We calculate the target, on four axes.” The axes: timeline, cash flow, people, processes.

03 · Return on Intelligence (00:26). Three squares appear on the calculated path: one at the entry point and two at the checkpoints. “Is the company getting smarter, or just larger? We measure.” The measurement is taken at the entry point and at the checkpoints set at the start of the intervention, on the same data.

04 · The Pareto 80:20 Filter (00:32). Along the diagonal between TODAY and TARGET, the axis of the intervention is traced. Each orange wall rotates onto the diagonal and becomes the bar of the mark. The path opens, orange, along the diagonal. “The levers with the greatest effect, first.” The dimension line at the top now marks all four chapters.

The principles (00:40). The interior of the maze fades; the frame remains. “The principles and the methodology stay the same.” The interior returns, with its levers. “The implementation and the solutions are tailored.”

The mark (00:50). The inner walls retract, the three bars slide along the diagonal and merge into one, and the frame closes in: the maze becomes the RealTime mark.
